Lifeless, a man laid on the river bank. He had a blunt cut on his forehead which explained the reason for his death. Near his body, there’s a blood-stained piece of rock that appears to be an obvious weapon.

Nearly three hundred meters away, two young men are running in the direction, opposite the riverside. They finally stop: hands-on knees, panting, and breathing vigorously. These men are super scared. Well, why wouldn’t they be? What they saw this evening was horrific enough to haunt them for life.

They had encountered a ghost; an old man’s shadow by the river. Born in orthodox families, these men feared ghosts more than anything; and the horror of seeing one, in reality, was nearly fatal to them. They fled to save themselves.

“Father… why did you do this…!!!” cries evaporated in thin air when two sons witnessed their deceased father lying by the river bank. Grief engulfed them coupled with regrets, and shock. A while ago, they themselves brought their father to this place following his wish. They were utterly shocked because his death seemed like a self-fulfilling prophecy.
